About the Artist

Bryce is an impressionistic oil painter based in Poulsbo, WA. He grew up in Arkansas and felt inspired by nature at a young age. 

​

After graduating with an English Literature Degree from Williams College in 2011, Bennett taught High School English and coached football and baseball until he discovered a passion for impressionistic painting. The meditative and expressive aspects of art brought him joy and what began as a hobby turned into a full-time pursuit.

​

Primarily self-taught by painting on nights, weekends, and breaks from teaching, Bennett gradually made a life as full-time artist, primarily working with impasto oil paint applied with palette knives.

​

His work is now represented in galleries and fine art show across the country, and he continues to refine his practice in the passionate pursuit of Beauty.
